WELCOME SIGNAGE
The first thing we set up was a Welcome area to greet guests. We opted for an Easel welcome signage with a balloon garland and prints with subtle ocean vibes.
CREATIVE PROPS
Right beside the welcome signage is the creative DJ BOOTH. We opted for this because one of the celebrants is a DJ and what better way to incorporate his personality into the event.
DECOR
Balloons were huge in this decor setup. We used them surrounding the gazebo, and the poolside, as lovely garlands for our easel stands, photo backdrops, and even the railings by the poolside. We also used more miniature balloon garlands as fillers to make them pop. Again, Banqueting had a feel of the theme as table napkins were in blue.
LIGHTS / SPECIAL EFFECTS
The party was to run late till the early hours, so lights were an essential part of the decor. We had lots of fairy lights around the trees and the gazebo. Disco lights and mood lights were no exception. In addition, we had sparklers for special effects, carefully arranged around the poolside and cake stand.
ACTIVITIES
The party was packed with different forms of entertainment ranging from saxophonists giving close-up performances, Magicians and a showman entertaining guests with their craft, the band and DJ with a whole playlist of different genres ranging from; Modern music, jazz, high life and fuji.
And, of course, we had a photography team documenting fun moments from this event. So enjoy the moments in pictures.
